By
now, I believe some of you lucky people might have
already caught the TV Premiere of Hrithik/Ash movie,
Jodhaa Akbar on UTV Movie channel. The
interesting thing about that were the deleted scenes.
You can find those on YouTube for those who were
unlucky enough like me who does not own the channel.
What's more, some lucky winners will get to meet
the JA stars! Wow! Well, here's awaiting the JA
dvd next month... Is it next month? Well I sure
hope it is. No more postponing, please! |

Bad
news for Jodhaa Akbar fans, the DVD is yet again postponed
to another date. Amazon
UK has the DVD slated for release on 22 September
2008. Though don't count on it too much. I think we've
learnt our lesson with Jodhaa Akbar, na?
But anyway, I've uncovered a new quote Hrithik said
about Aishwarya recently to IndiaTimes. Enjoy!

is a lovely co-actor. People liked us together
in Dhoom:2, and now in Jodhaa... Let's hope
we get more movies to do together. It's easy
when you know the actors working alongside you.
It makes the ambience less formal, more friendly,

Good
news for the site is that it's finally approved
by TheFanlistings.Org.
About time too. Hehe!
But well, bad news for Jodhaa Akbar fans is that
the DVD release is being postponed yet again. The
latest now is June 10th. So well, let's just wait
then, shall we?

It's
been a long wait, and finally the official release
date of the awaited Jodhaa Akbar dvd is
announced - 27 May 2008. Hmm.. but to tell you the
truth, I'm a tad doubtful about that. Some websites
mentioned it will be out on 21st May, 25th... 26th.
But oh well, rest assured the DVD will surely be
out by next week! Yay!
Well anyway, by any chances some of you tried applying
for membership since the date I last updated, kindly
email me your application through direct email since
it seems the site's form is having some technical

Phew!
Finally... FINALLY I'm done with the revamping of
this website. The previous one was admittedly horrendous!
And my time constraint has led me to a constant
inner nagging. So yeah, I used my 2 days off to
design everything.
For those of you who've visited the previous version,
you'd realise that I'd added in more things and
at the same time, also deleted some things like
the 'Extras' section, in which consisted
of graphics like wallpapers and icons of such. Reason
being, is that I have to come clean with myself
that I will have no time to make graphics as leisurely
as I want, as oppose to like... 4 years ago when
I was still career-less and free. I mean, sheesh!
I can't even blog daily in my own personal blog,
so making more graphics is definitely out of the
question.
Well, I've decided to just focus on Hrithik/Ash
and Arjun/Ash for this website, not the individuals.
And since it seems that none of them are signing
any more movies with each other, we'll just see.
Hopefully they will, especially the Arjun/Ash ship.
Honestly, after so many talks about them signing
a movie those few years ago, there's still nothing
concrete! Bloody hell... Anyway, hope you guys like
the new look. And oh! I'm accepting affiliates.

You
watched the 3 hours plus Jodhaa Akbar at
theaters a few weeks. Now get set to watch what
you missed out in theaters, as UTV gets ready to
unveil the deleted scenes from the film.
Much
before the DVDs of the film hits the stands and
gives the audience a chance to see the deleted scenes
from the film, UTV Movies, the newly launched
channel by UTV, would be airing these scenes on
the small screen.
UTV
Movies is a mainstream Hindi movie channel and already
has over 300 movie titles in its library. The channel
has numerous biggies like Rang De Basanti,
The Namesake, Life In A... Metro,
Aap Kaa Surroor - The Movie and Dhan
Dhana Dhan Ghol in its kitty.
Though
all eyes are now set on Jodhaa Akbar to
have it's small screen premier, the deleted scenes
from the film are certainly expected to act as a
good ploy towards attracting eyeballs for the movie
channel. |

Yes,
everywhere except Rajasthan, India. Ironic though
if you ask me since the movie was filmed there.
Anyways, reviews have all been good so far, not
counting the renown biased, Khalid
Mohamed's one.
Here's a bunch of good reviews I've read:
A few may have considered this movie as a prelude
to the evergreen classic, Mughal-e-Azam.
Though as far as I am concerned, I caught up with
the movie to enjoy it in its own sense and enjoy
the sparkling chemistry Aishwarya and Hrithik kindled. |

Finally,
another treat for Hrithik/Ash fans. Rajeev Masand
from CNN-IBN interviewed the cast of Jodhaa Akbar
- actors Hrithik Roshan, Aishwarya Rai and director
Ashutosh Gowarikar.
 Although
I have to confess my irritation of the distance
the two lead actors were in. I mean, why must they
sit so far apart in the first place? Curse of the
3-seat sofas!! Well aside from that, the interview
was rocking. We get to see a section of what I've
always dreamed of - Ash and Hrithik quizzing each
other live on TV. Haha! Video links to the special

first ever talk show Hrithik and Ash  attended
together... well, alongside with their director,
Ashutosh Gowarikar. Wow! MTV will always be the
greatest entertainment channel. Well unfortunately,
the YouTube video links for this interview was taken
down for some reason and therefore I have no where
to put it up here. But I guess some of you fans
might have already seen it and agreed that it is
one blast of an interview where Hrithik profusely
